If you have not noticed yet on Google+ photos, you can create a Fun Halloween Photo or a Spooky Halloween Photo by going to Google Photos and looking at the top of the screen. You should see "Halloweenify your photo" Choose the fun effect or the spooky one. It will take you through the process to post your photo on Google+ I may take a little time to load, just be patient. Note, you will have to click the button at the bottom left that says, "CREATE" to start the process. Hope you have a safe Halloween tonight.
